Emma has been part of the Alchemy Salon & Beautique family since day one—eight years and counting! She originally joined as the manager, helping shape the warm, welcoming atmosphere guests know and love. Today, she’s thriving as a talented technician, combining her leadership experience with her passion for hands-on service. In addition to working with guests, Emma helps oversee Alchemy’s Apprentice Program—the first apprentice-to-licensure program in the state of Indiana.
In the salon, Emma specializes in stylish cuts and stunning color transformations. In the spa, her favorites include pampering manicures, rejuvenating pedicures, and smooth, flawless body waxing. No matter the service, her goal is always the same: to make every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to return.
Emma has been helping women feel welcome and valued since she was just 19, when she opened her first Curves fitness franchise. She went on to run two locations for more than a decade before bringing her passion for people to Alchemy.
When she’s not at the Beautique, Emma is cheering on her 17-year-old daughter at softball games. She’s proud to lead by example, showing her daughter—and everyone she meets—the power of hard work, kindness, and strength.
